I work in a high volume pharmacy and got this for my team, and wow. Gonna have to get a couple more as this is genius. Light weight. Smooth de-capping. No struggling holding it. Only thing that would make it better would be a rubber handle for comfort. My techs are always fighting over this!

I have tried other decappers (like the one with the red rubber-like handle & small hook) which is a struggle to make work successfully and often I got bruised trying. More often than not I just gave up trying to separate the top from the bottom cap. Not only is the design of your DCAPer excellent but more importantly it works every time with no effort and no bruising.
