Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
